Important Notice Regarding USPS Domestic and International Shipping During COVID-19 Pandemic

Please note that due to COVID-19 and employee and transportation availability, delays may occur, especially for international orders . Furthermore, USPS Tracking on packages is delayed. If you are experiencing a delay in receiving tracking updates, we recommend you reach out to your local carrier/postal service provider to see if your package is being held there.

Domestic Shipping

*Importante Notice: we cannot combine shipping costs, modify or cancel any orders once they have been submitted. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from our fulfilment warehouse in North Carolina. Customer will be sent a tracking number once order ships. Orders generally take 2-3 business days from ship date until delivery. Please allow extra processing time during launches and promotions.

Please note that once a package tracks as 'delivered', Cara Mia Kids will not be held responsible for replacing if stolen, missing or accidentally shipped to an old or invalid address provided by the customer. Please check with your local post office if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.

International Shipping

*Importante Notice: we cannot combine shipping costs, modify or cancel any orders once they have been submitted so please make sure to double check before submitting an order. All international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns at this time.

Please note that once a package tracks as 'delivered', Cara Mia Kids will not be held responsible for replacing if stolen, missing or accidentally shipped to an old or invalid address provided by the customer. The buyer is responsible for any import or custom fees that may apply. Cara Mia Kids will not refund any orders that are refused or returned to sender.
